Ascension Updates: May 2019

May 21, 2019 - MIRA of the ASHTAR COMMAND CREW - Greetings, I am Mira. You are maneuvering in a time of paradox. What you thought was true is no longer. You are learning to embrace life differently. Have you noticed how much what you believed is falling away? This is part of the ascension process. You must learn how to embrace new truths in every aspect of life. The third dimension is no longer the important energy or way of living. It is old energy. This is part of the reason that many are being guided to let go of things, relationships, jobs, issues, beliefs and what is no longer serving them.

Your higher dimensional selves are presenting themselves. You are becoming new through and through. We think you will like who you are becoming. As the old falls away you will be happier beings. You will welcome every opportunity to explore who you are. You will become radiant Light beings in service to Source.

You are living through chaotic times. From our vantage point on the Earth Council we can see how challenged many of you are right now. We also see how many ground crew are rising in happiness and Light. We can see more opened hearts and optimism about the future. While the old is falling apart you are coming together. Keep it up. This is time for unity and community.

In our galactic community we understand each other quite well. Since we are telepathic lies are nonexistent. We would know in a flash if someone was lying like you are learning to do. We work together for the highest good and the greater understanding. Our connections are instantaneous. We are creative and explore these types of solutions to problem solving.

You are beginning to feel how the Light is establishing itself in profound ways. You are picking up on these empowering energies. The world is changing daily. When the Light shines on the darkness it cannot survive. We want you to recognize the momentum that is building for you to become your galactic selves.

Towards this you will find life becoming easier. You might have to think and act quickly. You will be closer to your truth. You will automatically know what to do. You will be called upon to assist where necessary. You will be living the way you were intended to live in freedom, love, unity, joy and abundance.

May 19, 2019 - THE ENTIRE SOLAR SYSTEM IS ASCENDING!

Commander Ash’tar Ka’ree: Beloved Hearts, I speak to you today in your now. Currently, as you move along this leap in consciousnes frequency & vibration that we call the Ascension 5th Golden Age, so too does your solar system and especially your Sun. Your sun has expanded in size.

The Sun is Expanding

If you were to measure the circumference of the Sun, it has expanded exponentially. It has quantified. Your sun is not the same shape or the same size as it was 100 of years ago. As you, humanity, have taken a leap in consciousness since the timeline convergence in 2012, now your Sun is at its optimal size to contain photonic Tachyon light. This happens every 26,000 years in your human constraint of time.

The Sun has cycles. The Sun expands and retracts depending where your solar system lies within the photon belt. As the Sun moves through a grand solar minimum and grand solar maximum, the Sun expands in momentum. This is because of the amount of Tachyon Photonic Kinetic plasma energy pouring in from the Grand Central Sun.

As your Sun acts as the main portal Stargate Akashic Supercomputer ( so to speak), your Sun acts as a quantifying shipping container - containing and transmuting cosmic hyper- interdimensional tachyon light particles from outside of your solar system. It contains the light inside its biosphere, then filters the light through its hyper-dimensional field, distributing the energy in wave spiral formation throughout your solar system into every planetary body.

Remember beloveds, your entire solar system is ascending (or Shall we say has already ascended) and continues to Ascend. What remains is your planetary mother, as your solar system moves along the Galactic plane (the photon belt) into direct alignment with the source of this galaxy – the central sun.

Meaning that your solar system is expanding and growing, quantifying as well. Your solar system is bigger than it has ever been before. Meaning your solar system’s outer rim has doubled in size (this cannot be measured by your Mental Mind. It is to be understood and felt at the heart level).

When your solar system ascends and expands, so does your Solar Logos - your Sun - ascend and expand in size. This is why your Sun is the brightest it has ever been. Along with all the planetary bodies and their moons. They all expand in size, expand in consciousness, expand in frequency /vibration, expand in harmonic resonance.

Your Earth is quantifying in size into her new 5D Reality. As many of you are aware your planetary individual collective consciousness is becoming enhanced in heightened frequency vibration as your solar system is ascending, and will continue to ascend. This leap in expansion can be felt and seen especially within the understanding of the Heartbeat of Gaia that you call the Schumann resonance.

It is like a beating symphony of hertz that is tied into your human Kadmon DNA template. It is tied into the cells of your body and the atoms that vibrate to this Heartbeat. As your planet expands, so does her heartbeat jump, skip, vibrate and expand, causing your atoms and cells of your molecular anatomy to vibrate faster and faster. Thus, expanding in light. All is a frequency. All is a symphony. All is connected. Everything is connected to the source of the All That Is.

Many of you will be feeling much fatigue in this expansion. Just allow this process to acclimate within your physical body. All is a natural flow, so allow it to just do that – flow – like the calm waters of the sea. Ride the waves. Do not push towards them. Flow with them.

The Moon is Expanding

Dear ones, your moon is expanding. It will continue to stay the size it is. It is only the expansion of your awareness that forms an optical illusion, as your moon is an artificial midway station , a mother ship (so to speak), it can only hold high 4th Dimensional consciousness at the moment. But this is becoming transformed and transfigured into a higher density to match the density of this solar system .

Your moon is attached to your planetary mother. So when your planetary mother fully Ascends, so too will your moon. Your moon is being freed from its (negative bonds) so to speak, enabling your moon to ascend with the rest of the solar system.

Many of your scientists are aware of the expansion of the solar system, and they are aware of the expansion of your sun. However, they do not disclose this information to you. Their objective is not to promote fear. However, by not telling you the truth can have a counter polarity upon your collective.

As your awareness is expanding, so too is your thirst for knowledge and truth , as your throat chakras and high-heart chakras are expanding on a collective level with the heartbeat of this planet. They, your scientists who are in the know, cannot suppress this information from you any longer.

Your Sun observatories not only monitor our Merkaba ships coming through your solar portal Stargate, they monitor all our ships that are parked stationary within your solar system’s inner & outer rim. The Sun observatories also monitor the expansion of the Sun. Your scientists are being fed fear from a negative compartmentalised faction of your military that is owned by corporations. They do not understand the spiritual significance of this expansion due to a solar system and planetary bodies that are ascending.

Some, but not all, of your scientists are reluctant to understand the spiritual significance of this great awakening. However, we are monitoring the situation with the negative faction of your compartmentalised military still on your Earth as we too have boots on the ground. That is you our beloved Starseeds, warriors of light, our Eagles, anchoring in the light to the planetary grid and anchoring in the Ascension codes. Speaking and spreading your truth to your brothers and sisters in their awakening process. You are all executing your missions with great potency.

We also have our military boots on the frontline that have become known as the white hats (the Resistants Movement). The positive side of your secret space program that are part of our Super Galactic Federation. It’s principles are based on the core values of universal law of love, universal peace, and the Galactic Code /Prime directive. Please understand that we are not here to save you. We are here to guide you on your Ascension.

The Keys to Ascension are Found Within You.

Yes! Your planetary mother will become part of the Super Galactic Federation. However, the keys to your liberation are found within you. You will form and build your foundations on these principles of universal law. You will build your own councils of light that understand these universal laws and prime directives, enabling you to be part of a Galactic Society of Love, and be a peaceful planetary realm. Our primary directive, our primary obligation and objective, is to be the overseers of the Ascension of this planet and her inhabitants. This is what the Ashtar Command and Jupiter Command stand for – the shepherds of light – along with the councils of light and many more airborne units.

As the Super Galactic Federation consists of a great number of galactic species and councils from all over this physical universe, we all work together in a unified cohesive whole of universal peace, brotherly love, relief and truth. And we come here to supervise the Ascension of this planet, your Earth Mother, her inhabitants that are our counterparts – you Beloveds – our human brothers and sisters, our loved ones, our friends, and the solar system that is Ascending.

We forever continue to support and guide and love the Ascension of this planetary realm. We in the Jupiter Command counterpart of the Ashtar Command, continue to be the guardians of the super stargate here on Ganymede (Jupiter’s moon). As Ganymede is the super headquarters for this solar system, we continue to monitor this galactic highway. We continue the continuation and supervision of the Ascension of the starseeds and the light workers and this planetary realm. That is our objective. It has always been and will always be our primary focus.. Supervision of the spiritual Ascension of humankind until you have reached the time of the grand reunion with us – your galactic counterparts.

Where you have reached the fifth dimensional harmonious balance of oneness within yourself and within this universe of understanding that you are One. wW are all One. We are not separate. Know that much is happening to the solar system and your Sun right now. Do not be alarmed. All is a necessary process. Also know that much is happening behind-the-scenes in your arena – the political drama – that is playing out. Know that on a higher level all is going according to plan . Trust in this Knowing, Beloveds.

Also understand, we do not give dates or times as we operate in zero point (no time). All is a mathematical equation of the NOW. So there is no time. There is no dates as time is a human construct. But also know that we are here in your skies. We are here in your hearts. We are with you always in loving service to the Creator. In loving service to humanity and your Mother Gaia.

May 13, 2019 - YOUR LIGHT AFFECTS ALL -We are the Councils of Nine, Twelve, Seven. We wish to begin an open communication line with humanity. We intend for great love to be felt within these words. For too long humanity has been isolated, felt alone and the truth has been so twisted up in your realm that there is truly much to unlearn and much to re-listen to. We wish to begin by saying you are tremendously loved, valued and supported. You, ground team, are a remarkable crew. Your fortitude, strength and resilience is astonishing, astounding, and we want you to know you are tremendously appreciated, and thoroughly loved.

Times are in flux in this now. It is true many timelines had to be abandoned that were no longer working out for the highest and best good. It is true that plans have changed numerous times and that we all are eagerly awaiting Source’s signs. We are all working as one cohesive unit of military might but we want you to not be in fear, and to understand with the eyes of the heart that we are here for your benefit, for your protection, for we stand with you, beside you as comrades in arms on a grand adventure.

We are with you, truly. You have needed our support from your own who have become dark and twisted, lost in the dark corridors of the matrix. We send them light and we send you protection, love and light. Much change is proceeding quite rapidly now and we want you to know how tremendously you are loved, valued and supported and also how much of a tremendous difference each and every one of you have made. You are strategically placed all over Gaia, forming a grid. Your locations are important. You will be guided as needed to change position. Your light affects the whole, your love, light and works of love affects the whole, creating a pulsing light grid of love around Gaia and her own. Every point on the pulsing matrix of life is a critical point.

You are all critical to this love mission of renewal, of grace poured over Gaia like a Christed mantle. And so we wish for you to be able to see this imagery with your third eye and to the connection of the pulsing with the All. The Schumann resonance graphs are quite an accurate depiction of the proceeding changes energetically for your realm and it delights us that you have access to this one simple truth. For many other simple truths have been boxed up in crates in government warehouses. These are to be revealed in time. The truth can no longer be hidden. The light is shining too brightly now. The brightness of the light will astound and delight you.

The blessed changes of joy and bliss coming your way will also delight us to witness, for to bear witness to these glorious changes is a pure privilege. It is an honor to serve the humans in their transition from fog to light and clarity of truth. We recommend peace preserved around you like a mantle of light, insulating you from the coming chaos. Chaos is an excellent indicator of change. You are well protected, loved, valued. Be insulated in the mantle of peace and love. Ground this peace and love-light deep into the heart of Gaia. The concept of money will fade. The light will continue to grow, burning brightly in the hearts of humankind such that all will be light, all will be love, and all will be made new.

We are the Councils of Nine, Twelve and Seven. We represent many star kingdoms, races, creeds. Yet we are all one, united in our desire for Gaia’s success and our great love for humanity. Be at peace, humans. Wear it around you. The light grows stronger within you, for you are remembering you are of it. We see much goodness blanketing Gaia at this time. Be at peace.

Greetings friends we are the Pleiadian Collective sending you our light, our love in this time of tumultuous change, for the birth pangs are intense, are real at this precious time of Gaia’s rebirth. Allow more time for self nurturing so that you can expand with grace and ease. Give yourself the gift of time, of love, of self care. For no one else will. You must do it. Self care, self respect are the same vibration. Bring more of the light into your vessels when you breathe deeply. Intend it and it shall be so. We see the weariness of many in our light worker community and we understand, for we have been in similar services of action and understand the sacrifice of it. May 5, 2019 by The Arcturian Group - "STEP INTO YOUR EMPOWERMENT!" - Dear readers, we welcome you to this message of guidance and wisdom with which you also receive energies of Light. You have reached a place of readiness for more than main stream news and doctrines filtered through the three dimensional consciousness of others. You have the ability to access information from within.

Whether information comes from a government, church, corporation, family member, or your own mind, learn to stop accepting it at face value and without deeper consideration. Begin to question and ask yourself; "In the Light of what I now know, is this true or simply what the majority believes?"

The outer scene is manifesting a "changing of the guard" so to speak. Many third dimensional creations are beginning to dissolve as increasingly more people awaken out of the third dimensional dream and stop feeding them with their energy. If allowed, the higher frequencies of Light replacing them will begin to form better versions of whatever it is--health, government, spirituality etc.

The effects of the collapse of beliefs long considered "tried and true" is causing confusion even for those who know what is taking place. It is at this point the human mind struggles to salvage the familiar with solutions based in what is already known and believed by the collective.

The question continues to be asked; "Why haven't we seen change? Why do things seem to be only getting worse?" You are witnessing the result of Light penetrating into the world's dark and previously hidden places which is stirring up and illuminating everyone and everything living there.

Exposures are allowing many to rethink their belief system and re-evaluate what they heretofore accepted as normal. Frequently a person's belief system must be negatively impacted in some way before they will even begin to question it.

When you choose to awaken, you automatically become a way shower for others. Once truth becomes an attained state of consciousness, it automatically flows into every aspect of life. For example--business. Businesses formed from a consciousness of lack and limitation, will do whatever it takes to make money, often dishonestly. These businesses can only fail as they will be out of alignment with the new and higher energies.

Whereas those created from a consciousness of oneness and function from levels of love and gratitude will be in alignment with the higher frequencies. These are ordinary businesses who express love as; "We are happy to provide whatever goods and services you may need." and in turn receive the gratitude of customers more than happy to provide payment for their wonderful service. You are all familiar with both kinds of businesses.

Way showers live without effort from a place of unconditional love (realization of Oneness) becoming examples to those around them. It is not necessary for a way shower to join a group, engage in protests, or take actions unless they are intuitively guided to do it which some of you may be. Rather, a way shower is simply an evolved person living life from his highest level of awareness and those who are spiritually ready, will observe.

You who read these messages are prepared to step boldly into your power and claim the gifts of your true nature. Begin to live and make decisions from this level at all times rather than just when a decision isn't "really" important. Many receive guidance and intuitively know what needs to be done, but then allow experts, family, friends etc. to persuade them with three dimensional advice and solutions rather than trusting what they get from within.

In the third dimension, power is always seen as power over someone or something. Throughout time rulers have held the power of life or death over their subjects. Organized religions have and still hold power over their followers through threats of punishment for anyone who does not obey their man made rules. Families with strict traditions often endow these traditions with a power not to be questioned or denied.

"Power over" anything always reflects old energy based in duality and separation. You are beyond that now. Many intellectually grasp this truth, but cannot accept that all power resides within because they are trying to understand truth with three dimensional thinking--wondering how dollar bills could be inside of them.

Empowerment is the realization that Divine Consciousness, the substance of all that exists and thus everything is a form of it but conditioned by universal collective belief.

Empowerment is no longer fearing to say; "Thank you for your opinion, but I am going to do this."

Empowerment is allowing those whose acceptance, love, and friendship is based on your obedience to certain concepts and rules, to fade out of your life.

Empowerment lies in the conscious realization that all answers are already present within. It is knowing that you have attained a state of consciousness that no longer needs others to interpret spiritual truth for you.

Empowerment begins dissolving three dimensional fears allowing harmony to flow through even the most ordinary of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual endeavors and situations.

Empowerment means knowing, living, and trusting that the I AM you are knows how to live IT's life as you and then allowing it to do so. It means allowing the human mind take a less important role than in the past even while it continues to push the three dimensional rules, standards, and beliefs.

Empowerment is letting go of the belief that you need validation from anyone or anything outside of yourself because you realize that I AM is infinitely validating ITSELF through and as you.

There comes a point at which all that is old and false must be left behind. It is foolish to continue pretending to be a part of something you no longer resonate with simply to please other people which in reality is the surrendering of one's personal power to them. The time has ended (in most countries) where you could lose your head for your beliefs so be who you are even if you have to do it silently and secretly.

This does not mean that you cannot participate in religious holidays with family and friends who may still need these tools. It does not mean you cannot enjoy ceremonies or functions even though they no longer resonate with you as they once did. It does not mean you are free to ignore rules created for the protection and good of the majority even though you have moved beyond needing rules and regulations to tell you how to live. Let your intuition guide you in these matters.

It does mean that you realize you are no longer in alignment with much that you once were in alignment with and that if "push came to shove", you would choose to stand in your truth.

The realization and acceptance of personal power brings with it trust through the understanding that there is an infinity of good accessible at any time because IT is you. It is learning to rest in this awareness throughout each ordinary day knowing that IT will express ITself as the Omnipresent, Omniscient, Omnipotent Being that it IS, if not kept hidden behind three dimensional concepts and beliefs.

Know that all is proceeding according to plan personally and globally. When an individual or collective opens to enlightenment (a choice often made on an unconscious level) the journey begins and the Higher Self does not need to be told how to proceed. Trust. Trust.
