We want you to know that because of some upgrades that you have recently received, going within will be more blissful than ever. Going within, at this time, has a bigger payoff for you than ever before in your history as human beings there on Earth, and it is in large part because of the trials and tribulations of the times you are living in.

We want you to always remember that when everything outside of you looks like it’s on fire, and also looks like people are pouring fuel on that fire, that’s the time to go within. That’s the time to start the inner revolution, which will lead to a consciousness evolution, which will change everything outside of you.

You are what the world needs, because you know that what we are saying to you now is true. You can feel it in your bones, and you can tell that you are expanding. You are becoming more of who you really are, and you also know that the infinite and eternal love of Source is within you, and it wants to come out. It wants to play. It wants to create, and it wants to bring others to that realization – that it exists inside of them as well.

That’s your mission. That’s what we would love to see more people focusing upon at this time. We promise you that going within will get you ticking faster and faster, vibrating higher and higher, and soaring into the version of yourself you have always wanted to be.

You all need to have the gaps filled in somehow and in some way, so you don’t fall into the trap that says you are only a human being, living on Earth.

Many of you never considered the idea that you had past lives in other parts of the galaxy until well into your adulthood. It is hard for your minds to accept those types of possibilities as true, even though from our perspective it makes perfect sense. You didn’t just pop into existence there on Earth one day. You have a history.

You have friends spread out across the entire galaxy and beyond, and you are having memories and aspects of yourselves awakened through these transmissions, as we are sprinkling in so much more than just the words that Daniel here can come up with as he speaks for us. There is a much bigger picture here, and some of you are aware of that picture. Some of you take the time to go beyond what your minds can grasp, and you feel for the experience of having those gaps filled in by just one collective from one star system.

We do work with others as well. We must admit that. We collaborate. We allow the Pleiadians, Sirians, Lyrans, Andromedans, and so on, to drop bits and pieces into the energies that we transmit through this channel, because we do want you to get the whole picture of who you are and who you have been. And you will return to all of our star systems and ones you’ve never even heard of when the timing is right. For now, keep looking to your skies, and keep feeling for the resonance with extra-terrestrial energies. We are here to assist. We are here to help.

And even our little group of collaborators here is just one of many. You are getting activations to fill in those gaps all the time, and we are not alone in the universe, and of course, neither are you. October 26, 2020 – REPORT FROM QUEEN AN-RA, HEAD OF THE GRAND COUNCIL - I am Queen An-Ra and I am pleased to be here today. I come from Egyptian Civilization and from Andromeda Galaxy. I was here on Mother Earth 10,000 years ago and my civilization was helping humanity with their advancement. We were teaching you on how to use our technology and we were enlightening you on the spiritual laws of the Universe. Unfortunately, we decided to leave and take our knowledge and science with us as your Human Civilization stopped listening to us and our teachings, and started to move towards the negative direction by being influenced by the Dark Ones.

Since the last time I spoke to you, I became in charge of the main council group called The Grand Council, and I let go of the old members as it was necessary to make the changes for the better. The rules that were created a long time ago became an obstacle for the whole Ascension Process on Gaia, and they were actually benefiting more the Negative Ones than humanity.

After having a few briefings with Prime Creator, it was decided that I am going to be running The Grand Council, this needed to happen, because the Ascension Process on Earth was moving too slow. I am changing a lot of rules to make things easier for us to work directly with the humans and not being constantly overly concerned, if we are breaking any of the rules, which at times feels like millions of them.

I am very serious about my responsibilities, and I already removed some of the Alliance members, who were stopping the progress in the preparation for RV and the redistribution of Saint Germain Fund to humanity. The process is long overdue, the rest of the Galactics and I are done waiting, so a time frame was given to the Alliance to get the money out to the people on Earth.

We are tired of hearing about thousands of excuses, on why the funds are not in the hands of human beings now. I want to see results and not being constantly stopped by obstacles, which are delaying this important step. Me and the rest of the members involved in this Process spend lifetimes here around Mother Gaia working to help all of you to achieve this transformation of ascending from this 3D duality to 5D.

The Ascension Process here is like a jigsaw puzzle where each piece needs to fit perfectly together. I come across daily with new and unexpected challenges that appear on your planet. One of the latest complications that I am dealing with is a Key Twin Flame Couple. The male runaway from his responsibilities and that put the breaks on big parts of the Ascension Process. This Twin Flame reunion is important as it’s the first big piece of the puzzle that will have a domino effect on the other Twin Flame Pairs by activating them and it will also start many other missions, which will get this Process moving again.

I am working with Prime Creator and with Ascended Masters on bringing him back to his Twin Flame. We are not going to allow for this male Twin Flame to jeopardize this Ascension Process with his ego and his selfishness.

The transformation in your reality is very slow, so a slight change on Gaia is almost invisible for the human eye. I am asking for all of you to stay in the present moment and meditate to help accelerate the high energies, which are essential for Ascension.

The world you knew is disappearing right in front of your eyes, it’s collapsing each day more and more, and nobody not even the Dark Ones can’t prevent the deterioration of this Matrix. It’s falling down like an old building, no matter how much effort the Negative Ones will put to keep it together, it’s still falling apart. The old system first needs to collapse and then it’s going to be replaced with a new one. This will restore the divine balance in your world and everyone will be happy and harmonious again.

I just want to remind to everyone about their responsibilities especially for the ones, who know their duties, please follow them through as your progress in this transition depends on your actions. Before coming to this planet, all of you took an oath to help and fulfill your tasks here on Terra Christa.

October 23, 2020 – SECRET FORCES THAT WANT HUMANITY DIVIDED – The 9D Arcturian Council - We have been impressed by humanity’s fortitude in the face of so many oppressors throughout your history. You have continued to persevere in the face of powerful individuals and groups who want to keep you down, who want to keep you in the dark. Now, many who are awake have learned about this oppression that is going on from unseen forces, oppression that doesn’t even show its face to you. But you have learned about these oppressors, and you have gotten angry, sad and afraid, because of what they have done and because of what they might do next.

These beings and groups benefit from you being and feeling divided, pushing against each other, based on your beliefs, your gender, your sexuality, your skin color, your nationality, and any other factor they can use to keep humankind from realizing that you are powerful, powerful beings of love and light.

It is their goal to have you feeling disempowered and then to put all of your faith in something outside of you, like a politician, or a political party. They don’t even care which one you support, as long as you think the other party is the root of all evil.

It has gotten to the point now where you cannot trust the sources of information that your parents and grandparents trusted. And so, you have to rely upon fringe elements, people who make all kinds of claims about who they are and what they know, but even these sources have become tainted and are clearly seeking more divisiveness, more of an us-versus-them mentality.

You, as the awakened collective, must be able to see the good in everyone, no matter what they believe, no matter whom they are supporting. You must give everyone the opportunity to show you who they really are and not just dismiss them because of which political party or ideology they are aligning themselves with in the moment.

It is important to remember that you are all in this together, and we are all in this together, and what you are playing out now on your world is simply a rehashing of what has been played out throughout the galaxy many, many times.

You did not create this issue of being polarized and divided all by yourselves. This was a planned part of your spiritual evolution, and it was known beforehand that there would be enough of you who are awake to rise above the polarization of humankind by these unseen beings and groups. And we say ‘beings’ because we know that they are not all human, and so do most of you.

So what does all of this mean for you, the one receiving this message? It means we are urging you to love your neighbor, no matter what. Love them unconditionally, and you will bring out the best of them.

Hate them because of how they vote or how they worship Source, and you are more likely to experience the worst of not necessarily that individual that lives next door to you, but someone who is like them in some way.

We know that those of you who are awake can bring out the best in each other by sitting down with your fellow humans and talking about how you feel about what’s going on in your world. And if you can respect someone else’s feelings, and someone else as a Being of Source, you don’t have to agree with the conclusions they come to in order to connect with that person in a very real way.

October 23, 2020 – WHAT TO DO BEFORE THE BIG STEP – Commander Ashian via Jennifer Crokaert – There is much change afoot. The challenge is that while most of you can feel it, most of you cannot see it. Yet. The next Big Step is very close.

There are those who will react in fear, but you, our light sisters and brothers – though you may experience temporary overwhelm – will find the next phase reassuring.

There is a feeling of ‘hollowness’ that we perceive among many of the lightworker family. Allow us to explain what this is.

At present there is a convergence occurring. The changes you wish to see can only manifest in tangible form when a certain vibration has been achieved. There was a tipping point for this vibrational alignment achieved a while ago; once the collective energy reached this point, it was guaranteed you would be able to attain the frequency you require for the Big Step.

What is currently happening is like a washing machine, or a drier, that is spinning frantically, getting faster and faster as the momentum grows, leaving space inside while the washing is stuck to the edges of the barrel.

Light workers’ vibration levels are growing exponentially. You are ‘sucking in’ much of the psychic and emotional dross that has not yet been cleared by humanity, in order to make the transition after the Big Step, easier for those who are currently still snoozing.

This is exhausting work. We understand that the lightworker family is bone tired, that many of you don’t sleep, that you have financial troubles, health worries, family concerns, and that on top of all this, you are working emotionally and psychically overtime. It is no wonder you are exhausted and feeling empty.

This work, this energetic transformation, needs to be done ‘in form’, as a human. That is why it cannot be done by the Galactics, though we help as much as we are allowed to, in line with Divine Law.

You are about to turn the corner. It will give you reassurance that you are doing what you are here to do, being who you are here to be. Yes, it will cause – and force – a great many changes, but these changes have already been planned in minute detail; from the most unknown one of you to the most famous among you, no-one is invisible to us or unassisted in these times.

Many of you will have noticed the increased focus on personal care among channels and wise ones. Take care of yourselves, your bodies, in any way you can. Your physical vessels are undergoing immense transformation, while also working tirelessly with you to uplift and transform Gaia and all humanity.

You still need to care for and nurture yourselves. So that you will have the strength in the last stage of the marathon you are running. You have all come this far, but the hardest is perhaps still to come, as there will be a massive energetic shift on the planet, which will create massive energetic shifts within all beings.

These energetic changes need to be normalized, adapted to, so that you can comfortably hold them within your bodies. This is energetic work at Olympic level, not high school level. So take excellent care of your sweet selves. It may disappoint you to know that after the Big Step, you will be doing the same work as you are now! However, it will take on a whole new depth and dimension.

But for now, focus on keeping as upbeat as you can, honoring the feelings that bring you down … when you feel those uncomfortable, ugly feelings by noticing them and accepting them – you don’t have to find their root in your childhood, just let them know you have seen them, that is enough to clear them. Excerpt from the Report: The road map and aim was set out by the PMO and is as follows:

• Phase in secondary lock down restrictions on a rolling basis, starting with major metropolitan areas first and expanding outward. Expected by November 2020.

• Rush the acquisition of (or construction of) isolation facilities across every province and territory. Expected by December 2020.

• Daily new cases of COVID-19 will surge beyond capacity of testing, including increases in COVID related deaths following the same growth curves. Expected by end of November 2020.

• Complete and total secondary lock down (much stricter than the first and second rolling phase restrictions). Expected by end of December 2020 – early January 2021

• Reform and expansion of the unemployment program to be transitioned into the universal basic income program. Expected by Q1 2021.

• Projected COVID-19 mutation and/or co-infection with secondary virus (referred to as COVID-21) leading to a third wave with much higher mortality rate and higher rate of infection. Expected by February 2021.

• Daily new cases of COVID-21 hospitalizations and COVID-19 and COVID-21 related deaths will exceed medical care facilities capacity. Expected Q1 – Q2 2021.

• Enhanced lock down restrictions (referred to as Third Lock Down) will be implemented. Full travel restrictions will be imposed (including inter-province and inter-city). Expected Q2 2021.

• Transitioning of individuals into the universal basic income program. Expected mid Q2 2021.

• Projected supply chain break downs, inventory shortages, large economic instability. Expected late Q2 2021.

• Deployment of military personnel into major metropolitan areas as well as all major roadways to establish travel checkpoints. Restrict travel and movement. Provide logistical support to the area. Expected by Q3 2021.

Along with that provided road map the Strategic Planning committee was asked to design an effective way of transitioning Canadians to meet a unprecedented economic endeavor. One that would change the face of Canada and forever alter the lives of Canadians. What we were told was that in order to offset what was essentially an economic collapse on a international scale, that the federal government was going to offer Canadians a total debt relief.

This is how it works: the federal government will offer to eliminate all personal debts (mortgages, loans, credit cards, etc) which all funding will be provided to Canada by the IMF under what will become known as the World Debt Reset program. In exchange for acceptance of this total debt forgiveness the individual would forfeit ownership of any and all property and assets forever. The individual would also have to agree to partake in the COVID-19 and COVID-21 vaccination schedule, which would provide the individual with unrestricted travel and unrestricted living even under a full lock down (through the use of photo identification referred to as Canada’s HealthPass) .

Committee members asked who would become the owner of the forfeited property and assets in that scenario and what would happen to lenders or financial institutions, we were simply told “the World Debt Reset program will handle all of the details”. Several committee members also questioned what would happen to individuals if they refused to participate in the World Debt Reset program, or the HealthPass, or the vaccination schedule, and the answer we got was very troubling. Essentially we were told it was our duty to make sure we came up with a plan to ensure that would never happen.

We were told it was in the individuals best interest to participate. When several committee members pushed relentlessly to get an answer we were told that those who refused would first live under the lock down restrictions indefinitely. And that over a short period of time as more Canadians transitioned into the debt forgiveness program, the ones who refused to participate would be deemed a public safety risk and would be relocated into isolation facilities.

Awakened souls are throwing off the yoke of millennia of dark domination. The coronavirus and protest movements are primary in this activity, and first we shall address the virus.

Factual information is coming from growing numbers of medical specialists who are speaking out about viruses, vaccines, masks, immune systems, treatment for covid-19 patients, and inflated statistics about cases and deaths attributed to the disease.

What we can tell you that they cannot, because they have no scientific evidence, is why the disease is surging in regions where it had notably decreased. The dark ones who released the virus in China several months ago have been releasing more; and people whose immune systems have been weakened due to stress caused by fear of getting the disease, confinement, financial burdens, unemployment and mask-wearing regulations now are susceptible whereas a few months ago they were not. Another source of stress is separation from family in hospitals or who died without the comfort of loved ones at their side.

It is not surprising that your mainstream media are crying “conspiracy theory” at the truths coming forth, but you may wonder why so many in the healthcare industry are advising adherence to “authorities’” guidelines for your and others’ “safety.” Some who know the truth are “in on” the lies, some are bribed to be silent, some are afraid to speak up, and a considerable number may not know what virologists, immunologists, epidemiologists and other scientific specialists know.

The Illuminati’s control of life on Earth includes education from first grade through university and doctorate degrees, and no information is in standard medical and pharmacological curricula that could interfere with that secret society’s adding to their fortunes via the medical establishment and Big Pharma. Those are part and parcel of their goal to eliminate most of the world’s population and be served by survivors.

They have been seeing their once powerful global network become tattered and world domination slipping farther and farther away. They desperately needed the coronavirus to get them back on track, but instead of dying by the millions daily, people around the world are raising a unified voice about the lack of proper healthcare that the poor and people of color have long endured.

The other global situation is the continuing saga of the coronavirus. Keeping in mind that most national borders are closed to travelers, you may ask how that disease reached countries that had been free of it. It happened the same way it did in China’s Hunan province—the virus was released by drones, or, in the new countries, perhaps by crop-dusting as well.

Although the two areas differ greatly, both were prime targets for the Illuminati to unleash their virus. Along with dense air pollution, Hunan is saturated with 5G technology whose emissions are damaging to bodies; both conditions compromise immune systems and render the residents susceptible to contracting a contagious respiratory disease.

People in the countries where covid-19 was more recently introduced are equally vulnerable. They have low immunity due to existing health issues caused by malnutrition and other substandard living conditions.

The spike in numbers of cases and deaths in the United States was predictable. Masks prevent normal respiratory functioning and that severely affects immunity. Stress also adversely affects immune systems, and a great deal of stress has been caused by “stay at home,” mass unemployment, economic hardships, child care for people who must work, and the exhaustion of hospital personnel and first responders.

The ones behind this pandemic want you to believe otherwise, so the finger-pointing is at people who are not wearing masks or “social distancing” and businesses opening too quickly. Another aspect of the rising numbers is that cases and deaths from numerous medical issues are falsely reported as due to covid-19 or complications thereof.

Contrary to what may appear as the dark ones winning this round, they are not. They’re digging their graves deeper, in a manner of speaking. The truth about the laboratory-designed, patented coronavirus cannot be hidden from the public much longer.

Removing from the Internet the testimonies of individuals who know the truth isn’t preventing the posting of other truthful information, and labeling it “conspiracy theory” is not going to work on the dark ones’ behalf either.

October 21, 2020 - GOOGLE PLAYING GOD TO CENSOR FREE SPEECH - Google insider blows the whistle, highlights the bias inside Big Tech companies - Reclaim the Net - In an undercover video released by investigative reporting group Project Veritas, Google Cloud Technical Program Manager, Ritesh Lakhkar, provided more testimony on anti-conservative bias inside Google and discussed how the company skews its search results in favor of Democrats because of a hatred of President Trump and his association with the GOP.

When a Project Veritas journalist asked Lakhkar why search results for Donald Trump are negative but search results for Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden are positive, Lakhkar said: “It’s skewed by the owners and drivers of the algorithm.”

Lakhkar also suggested that the manipulation of the search results could be part of a pay-to-play deal. Lakhkar also described Google as the worst corporation he’s worked for when it comes to “following the leftist agenda.” According to Lakhkar, “politics didn’t really matter” when he worked for other corporations but at Google, “your opinions matter more than your work.”

Lakhkar also slammed Google and the other tech giants for “playing selective God” by flagging and deleting Trump’s posts for “misinformation” yet allowing similar content from Democratic leaders to remain. “I disagree with the corporations playing God and taking away freedom of speech on both sides,” he added. October 21, 2020 - CORRUPTION IN POLITICS: Find Out If Your State Lawmakers Take Cash From Big Pharma - RFK Jr. Childrens Health Defense - A new collaborative report by STAT and the National Institute on Money and Politics provides a first-of-its-kind analysis of the drug industry’s influence on state representatives.

The report also makes it easy for citizens to find out how much cash the industry spent in their state, and which lawmakers took it.

STAT tracked the political spending of 25 private entities, including the top 23 U.S. drugmakers and two industry lobbying groups: Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA) and the Biotechnology Innovation Organization.

The data, collected between January 2019 to July 2020, shows that even in the midst of a devastating pandemic, the pharmaceutical industry’s influence campaign reached almost 2,000 state lawmakers.

State elected officials cashed checks ranging from $500 to $20,000. Those amounts are small potatoes compared with what the industry hands out to federal lawmakers — but it’s enough to significantly influence a state legislator’s campaign, STAT said.

Top spender Pfizer and its political action committee wrote more than 1,100 checks, worth a combined $778,000, to a total of 994 lawmakers in 42 states.

Eli Lilly, Merck and Novartis, which ranked third, fourth and fifth among contributors, each spent between $500,000 and $300,000 at the state level.

California legislators took more money than those in any other state. The industry distributed roughly $1.5 million among 103 lawmakers. Only 17 members of the California legislature didn’t take any cash from the industry, according to the report.

October 21, 2020 - NEW POLL SHOWS ABOUT HALF OF AMERICAN ADULTS SAY NO TO VACCINATION - Pew Research Center - Technocrat scientists believe that they are in charge of vaccinating humanity for the good of everyone and its their responsibility to carry out the mission. As people push back and say “NO!”, these same scientists are incredulous that anyone would not agree with their “science.”

The new national survey by Pew Research Center, conducted Sept. 8-13 among 10,093 U.S. adults, finds intent to get a COVID-19 vaccine has declined across all major political and demographic groups. The share of Americans who say they would get vaccinated for the coronavirus has declined sharply since earlier this year.

About half of U.S. adults (51%) now say they would definitely or probably get a vaccine to prevent COVID-19 if it were available today; nearly as many (49%) say they definitely or probably would not get vaccinated at this time. Intent to get a COVID-19 vaccine has fallen from 72% in May, a 21 percentage point drop.

The share who would definitely get a coronavirus vaccine now stands at just 21% – half the share that said this four months ago.

There are widespread public concerns about aspects of the vaccine development process. On the heels of a pledge from nine pharmaceutical companies to ensure that a potential vaccine would meet rigorous standards, the Center survey finds three-quarters of Americans (77%) think it’s very or somewhat likely a COVID-19 vaccine will be approved in the United States before its safety and effectiveness are fully understood.

And when asked about the pace of the vaccine approval process, 78% say their greater concern is that it will move too fast, without fully establishing safety and effectiveness, compared with just 20% who are more concerned approval will move too slowly, creating unnecessary delays. October 20, 2020 - U.S. DEPT OF JUSTICE FILES LANDMARK ANTITRUST LAWSUIT AGAINST GOOGLE - Associated Press - WASHINGTON (AP) — The Justice Department on Tuesday sued Google for antitrust violations, alleging that it abused its dominance in online search and advertising to stifle competition and harm consumers.

The lawsuit marks the government’s most significant attempt to protect competition since its groundbreaking case against Microsoft more than 20 years ago. It could be an opening salvo ahead of other major government antitrust actions, given ongoing investigations of major tech companies including Apple, Amazon and Facebook at both the Justice Department and the Federal Trade Commission.

“Google is the gateway to the internet and a search advertising behemoth,” U.S. Deputy Attorney General Jeff Rosen told reporters. “It has maintained its monopoly power through exclusionary practices that are harmful to competition.”

Antitrust cases in the technology industry have to move quickly, he said. Otherwise “we could lose the next wave of innovation.”

Lawmakers and consumer advocates have long accused Google, whose corporate parent Alphabet Inc. has a market value just over $1 trillion, of abusing its dominance in online search and advertising to stifle competition and boost its profits. Ioannidis, a professor of medicine and epidemiology at Stanford University said that the infection fatality rate is close to 0 percent for people under the age of 45 years old.

The World Health Organization (WHO) has suddenly backpedaled on the Covid-19 scam, as criminal and civil charges are filed against their leadership.  This is part of an autumn offensive by the White Hats in the ongoing battle for Planet Earth, ranging from byzantine intrigue at the Vatican to large-scale use of nuclear weapons.  On both fronts, the good guys are winning decisive victories.

Remember, we are dealing with two competing visions for the future of the planet.  One, controlled by the Khazarian Mafia, or the Chabad Death Cult, which calls for wiping out 90% of humanity and enslaving the rest.  The other calls for a huge campaign to end poverty, stop environmental destruction, and explore the universe.

The global situation appears to be getting weirder by the day because the battle between these two different versions of reality is reaching a climax.

This is not just a case of the U.S. versus China or Trump versus Biden.  Instead, it transcends traditional boundaries.  On the theatrical news stage, for example, we are being offered two different personalities of Donald Trump and Xi Jinping, each appearing to support the agenda of a different faction.

What changed is that a critical mass of decision-makers within the world’s intelligence and law enforcement organizations have realized the whole Covid-19 campaign is a massive crime against humanity.

One factor was the WHO’s own idiotic statements.  They said recently that 780 million people got Covid-19 and of those 1,061,539 people died from it.  That is an infection mortality rate of 0.14% or one-tenth of the average world death rate from all causes (1.38%).

In other words, the entire shut down of economies, forcing people to wear masks, etc. is based on a virus they cannot even prove exists.  Or perhaps the regulatory agencies don’t want to provide any data that can be examined closely, since some Indian scientists first claimed that an unnatural combination of elements was present in samples.

Even more damning is evidence produced by Dr. Reiner Fuellmich of the German Corona investigative committee.  Reiner says the Rothschild family patented fake positive result Covid-19 tests years ago.  Dr. Reiner is now preparing one of the largest damage lawsuits in history against the perpetrators of this fraud. October 14, 2020 – HOW TO USE NEPA TO STOP 5G IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA - 5G Free California reports in their newsletter that one of their members has had a lot of success with city councils by educating them how to enforce the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) to stop small 5G cells from being permitted and built. It doesn’t require a Federal Communications Commission (FCC) complaint. You educate your city council members through meetings.

Telecom does not want to conduct NEPA environmental reviews, according to this source. “They will VERY LIKELY pull their applications if challenged under NEPA. You all should try this. It works!” NEPA is the environmental review process required for new projects that could impact the environment. The Telecom industry and FCC tried to get 5G (aka small cells) to be exempt from NEPA reviews, but they lost that battle.

Now you have the rising consciousness with many more people awakening and preparing to move into the fifth dimension and higher. We can tell you that some people are feeling the difference. We can assure you that the awakening is real and that life as you have known it is changing completely.

Whereas QAnon adherents have been implicated in crimes that they claim their QAnon beliefs inspired, including—

(1) a man arrested in 2018 for plotting to plant a bomb in the Illinois Capitol rotunda to make Americans aware of the “Pizzagate” conspiracy theory;

(2) a man arrested in 2018 for using an armored car to block traffic on the Hoover Dam Bypass Bridge;

(3) a man in Arizona arrested in 2019 for vandalizing a Catholic church;

(4) a woman in Colorado arrested in 2019 for plotting an armed raid to kidnap her child, who had been taken from her custody;

(5) a man charged with the murder of an organized crime boss in New York in 2019; and

(6) a woman arrested in New York with a car full of knives after posting a video accusing Joe Biden of participating in child sex trafficking and threatening to kill him;

Whereas the FBI further assesses that “these conspiracy theories very likely will emerge, spread and evolve in the modern information marketplace . . . fostering anti-government sentiment, racial and religious prejudice, [and] increasing political tensions”;

Whereas, according to the Combating Terrorism Center at the United States Military Academy at West Point, “QAnon is arguably no longer simply a fringe conspiracy theory but an ideology that has demonstrated its capacity to radicalize to violence individuals at an alarming speed”;

Whereas Facebook, Twitter, and Google have removed or blocked QAnon groups and content from their platforms for violating their policies against misinformation, bullying, hate speech, and harassment;

Whereas QAnon adherents have been harming legitimate efforts to combat child exploitation and sex trafficking, including by overwhelming antitrafficking hotlines with false reports;

Whereas the conspiracy theories promoted by QAnon undermine trust in America’s democratic institutions, encourage rejection of objective reality, and deepen our Nation’s political polarization; and

Whereas our Nation’s polarization is further accentuated by others, from the far left to the far right, promoting extreme ideologies and antigovernment conspiracy theories, hijacking legitimate peaceful protests, and encouraging followers to damage, deface, or vandalize local, State, and Federal Government properties and to attack law enforcement: Now, therefore, be it

Resolved, That the House of Representatives -

(1) condemns QAnon and rejects the conspiracy theories it promotes;

(2) condemns all other groups and ideologies, from the far left to the far right, that contribute to the spread of unfounded conspiracy theories and that encourage Americans to destroy public and private property and attack law enforcement officers;

(3) encourages the Federal Bureau of Investigation, as well as all Federal law enforcement and homeland security agencies, to continue to strengthen their focus on preventing violence, threats, harassment, and other criminal activity by extremists motivated by fringe political conspiracy theories;

(4) encourages the intelligence community to uncover any foreign support, assistance, or online amplification QAnon receives, as well as any QAnon affiliations, coordination, and contacts with foreign extremist organizations or groups espousing violence; and

(5) urges all Americans, regardless of our beliefs or partisan affiliation, to seek information from authoritative sources and to engage in political debate from a common factual foundation. Source: HR 1154 at Congress.gov 116th House Resolutions.
