Plot: A near-death experience turns a championship surfer's life upside down and inside out. He vows to himself to unravel the mystery and truth and significance of the inner light in a world that doesn't recognize it. Along the way, he encounters Kristianna Kopono, a fifth-dimensional Pleiadian masquerading as a Hawaiian healer that he falls in love with, and Stark, a self-aware off-world rogue artificial intelligence that wants to enslave him or kill him. Together, they hatch a plan to neutralize Stark by using a non-violent method.

CHAPTER 1: THE LOVELESS
Our hero Royal Solis gets kidnapped by dark forces that either want to eliminate him or force him into servitude for its own agenda because Royal has what they want, and he doesn't want to give it to them. Royal experiences a shocking recuse that he never expected. (1120 words)

CHAPTER 2: THE LAUGHING BLISS
Flashback - 12 Months Earlier: Royal is a champion surfer that wipes out at the dangerous Banzai Pipeline in Hawaii during a surfing competition. He nearly dies, but discovers he's still alive in a natural alternate reality that his parents, education, and society never told him about. (950 words)

CHAPTER 3: RIDING THE NEAR-DEATH EXPERIENCE
Royal wakes up in the hospital with his father, his girlfriend and a medical doctor around his bed. He blurts out who and what he encountered but nobody wants to listen. Later, from an unlikely source, he discovers what NDE means. (1066 words)

CHAPTER 4: I'M NOT INSANE
Royal encounters challenges with friends and loved ones who are afraid to talk to him about the near-death experience. (774 words)

CHAPTER 5: APPEARANCES ARE DECEIVING
Royal meets Krystianna Kopono, who heads up the Anahulu Valley Healing Center, that becomes Royal's mentor. Things are not as they seem as we learn later in Chapter 11. (1754 words)
