The Importance of Releasing Old Buried Patterns of Assault, Reaction, Anger, Fear, and Resentment!

Today the Ascended Masters are here to speak of the coming year, and the importance of the awareness of your own patterns. What patterns you ask?

The patterns of which I speak are the buried ones that you may be aware of, but you thought you were over. These are patterns of anger, fear, or resentment that have kept you in the long held fights or battles with others. Sometimes it is about recognizing that these patterns are STILL with you.

A deeper dive is required to release, or literally unearth, the old patterns between people, nations and in relationships. The trick is, assault and reactive patterns are not acceptable any more. Humanity is outgrowing them. Take a moment to feel what that means. It means that conflict with others is over. Now the world governments will have to catch up.

One who really wants to let go of the pain of the past and step into the birthright of Joy, Love, Peace and Harmony, must first recognize these patterns exist, then, sometimes with the help and support of a seer, you can release the anger, fear or resentment and replace them with love.

NOW is the time to let them go. One must go in and sometimes down, to see these old emotions. They cannot be by-passed, because they hold energy. They hold you hostage. They limit your awareness to the back and forth fights of the past. These victim/perpetrator patterns are leaving. They were established by humanity, and they are leaving.

Evolution occurs when one can transcend these patterns and release them. Once gone, there is more room for love. Not only the loving act of kindness, but the stream of love that you are in your most authentic self.

We offer this support to you, because you are not in this alone. Humanity has evolved enough to release long held patterns that limit consciousness. To expand requires that you first ground your energy, not in these old patterns of conflict, but in the love that you are.

Your guides are here to help you, you need only ask. You each have a team of beings of light that will support you. Ask them for help. Call on the Ascended Masters: St. Germaine, Jesus, Mary, Mary Magdalene, Buddha, or any saint that you wish to call on. All of the masters work together, including, Yogananda, Ananda Moia Ma, and Amma, and others. Whether in a body or out of one, you are guided and protected by these benevolent beings of love. Amma is still in a body, and she spreads love wherever she goes. Be like her. Love like Amma. She is here for you to witness and emulate.

They are here to help, but they are not here to take action for you. They are here to support and help you make decisions that make you stronger, and more effective in the world, and more loving beings. You are being guided, but only if you choose it. You will receive help if you ask. Divine consciousness wants partnership with you!

The coming times are important for you to see yourself as an agent of change, but not judgment. Discernment yes, but not proclamations of condemnation. This makes you weaker and more dependent on power over love. The coming times are about compassion and expansion of love. The more love, the more peace. The more peace, the more delight and fun people can have just living.

Imagine what it will be like when the love you are can take up the full length and breadth of your being all the way to your toes.

Love is what matters and is the only reality. In order to fill yourself with love, you must release fear, anger and resentment. It is a matter of tipping the scales. You see, when you do your part, that is; recognize and release old patterns, then grace steps in. You consciously fill the space in your cells with love. This brings you into alignment with Divine Source. Source offers grace all the time, and those who are aligned with grace feel the rain of love falling and rising around them all the time.

This is returning to Source. This is coming into higher and wiser presence within. When one is clear about being more love and less anger, resentment or fear, you have the capability to express your life force as joy, love, peace and harmony.

Knowing is one thing, but doing the work within is another. Those Lightworkers who are part of this human evolution to higher dimensions are those who have already become aware that their energy matters, their presence matters and the world is becoming a paradise once again.

However, the abuse of the Earth, the conflict with one another, it must be laid down, and then, as you strive to be yourself, your authentic self, the world becomes a new reality. You have the love and support you desire. You have the help you need.

Love becomes that which matters. Power becomes personal awareness of gifts and talents without putting oneself down. It matters that you love yourself as well as others. It matters that you become your Star Essence again, your Divine Self. Your higher self is a bridge to the new reality. The new reality is living your star essence every day.

Imagine the world where everyone is living and moving from their most loving nature. Imagine that everyone cares for Mother Earth as a sacred, living being. Imagine that your neighbors are kind and loving and with great care for one another. This is the new reality. Create it, be it. Live in that awareness and everything you need will be brought to you. You will have abundance, love and good relationships with those around you.

So we wish for 2020 to be an ever-expanding engagement with love and light, guidance and grace.
